Personal Training in SoHo

SoHo — South of Houston — is defined by its iconic cast-iron architecture, cobblestone streets, and high-end retail storefronts. Originally an artists' enclave, the neighborhood has evolved into one of Manhattan's most fashionable districts while retaining its loft-style living spaces. The large, open floor plans in SoHo lofts are particularly well-suited to in-home personal training sessions. SoHo covers just 20 square blocks but has some of the most expensive residential real estate in the city, with many lofts offering 1,500-plus square feet of open living space.

SoHo residents tend to be high-earning professionals in fashion, design, and media who value aesthetics and performance equally. Many clients here want training programs that deliver a lean, toned physique while fitting seamlessly into a fast-paced lifestyle. SoHo clients often book 45-minute sessions to maximize time, and the 6 AM slot is the most requested start time in this neighborhood.

Where to Train in SoHo

Availability varies by facility. Please check with your gym regarding guest trainer policies, and contact Trevor to discuss training at your preferred location.

SoHo Personal Training FAQ

Is in-home training practical in SoHo lofts?
SoHo lofts are some of the best in-home training spaces in Manhattan. The open floor plans (often 12-foot ceilings and 20-plus feet of unbroken floor space) give us room for full-body exercises, kettlebell swings, and even jump training without disturbing neighbors. I train in SoHo lofts weekly.
Do you offer early morning sessions in SoHo?
Yes, my earliest slot is 6 AM and it is the most requested time in SoHo. Most SoHo clients need their workout done before heading to showrooms, offices, or creative studios by 8:30. I arrive on time and keep sessions to a focused 45 or 60 minutes so your morning stays on track.
How is training with you different from SoHo boutique studios?
One-on-one attention and a program built for your body, goals, and schedule. Boutique studios run group classes with generic programming for 15 to 30 people at a time. With me, every rep, set, and exercise is chosen specifically for you, with real-time form correction and monthly program updates based on your progress data.
