Its 2,110 acres include 19 miles of trails, Hemlock Falls, and terrain ranging from flat carriage roads to steep climbs with 400-plus feet of elevation gain. I can design a different outdoor session there every week for months without repeating a route.
Do you serve both the valley and hilltop sections of West Orange?
Yes, I serve all sections — Pleasant Valley, Gregory, St. Cloud, and the Llewellyn Park area. West Orange covers about 12 square miles with significant elevation changes, so I schedule sessions in geographic clusters to serve the whole township efficiently and stay on time.
What equipment do I need for in-home training?
Nothing — I bring all equipment, typically 6 items including kettlebells, bands, a TRX, and a mat. If you already have a home gym or basic equipment like dumbbells, I will happily incorporate them.
